Nike is the new South Africa Kit Supplier

Nike today announced that they are the new Soth Africa Kit supplier for the men’s and women’s South African national football teams. Puma have ended the South Africa contract with immediate effect in late 2013 following the match-fixing scandal. The contract from Puma and South Africa would have run until 2018 normally.

According to exclusive Footy Headlines informations, Puma planned to unveil the new South Africa Kits in February 2014. Footy Headlines had seen the South Africa Puma 2014 Kits, even they will be never released. They come with the same template as the Ghana 2014 World Cup Home kit with a South African culture inspired pattern.

Nike South Africa Kit Deal Details

Nike and the South African Football Federation have signed a five-years contract beginning in February until 2019. Nike will release a limited edition South Africa 2014 Home Kit ahead of the friendly against Brazil on March 5, while Nike will unveil the normal 2015-2016 South Africa Kits in November 2014.

The new partnership between Nike and the South African FA also provides the Bafana access to Nike Football Training Centre in Soweto, a world-class training facility built in 2010.
