There are 11 yellow lines on the sides of the new Tottenham 2014-15 Away Jersey while a yellow fading lines design is visible on the front. The 11 golden lines are representing the 11 trophies won during Bill Nicholson's reign.

Inspired by the first yellow kit worn during Bill Nicholson's reign, the new Tottenham 2014-2015 Third Jersey is yellow with black applications. 11 black lines are running horizontally across the outside of the shirt sleeve to represent the 11 trophies won during Bill Nicholson's reign.

Our range of new kits reference one of Bill's most famous quotes - 'It is better to fail aiming high than to succeed aiming low. And we of Spurs have set our sights very high, so high in fact that even failure will have in it an echo of glory.'

Therefore, a special design inspired by the famous gates which lead up to White Hart Lane with the lettering "Echo of Glory" is placed on the back under the neckline.

The 11 stripes design is continued on the yellow socks, while the shorts of the new Spurs 14-15 Third Shirt are also yellow.

The new Tottenham 14-15 Third Kit is worn for the first time in today's pre-season friendly against Schalke at White Hart Lane.
