Premier League Team of the Year Football Boots

The Professional Footballers' Association today released its annual Premier League Team of the Year.

The selection of the eleven best Premier League players, as voted by their peers, features six players from probable league champions Chelsea and one each from Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, Southampton and Tottenham.

Football boots concerned, the Premier League 2014-15 Team of the Year is dominated by Nike with six players, while Adidas and Puma supply boots for three and two players, respectively.

This is the 2014-15 Premier League Team of the Year and their football boots.

David De Gea of Manchester United is one of two players to represent Puma, wearing the black Puma evoSPEED colorway from earlier this year. He is joined by Chelsea's defensive midfielder Nemanja Matić in the Puma evoPOWER 1.2.

Three Chelsea players were selected for the back-four, with Branislav Ivanović donning the Intense Heat Pack Nike Tiempo Legend V boots, Gary Cahill wearing the blue / red Adidas Predator Instincts from the Haters Pack and John Terry opting for the low-cut Nike Magista Opus cleats.

The backline is completed by Southampton's Ryan Bertrand, former Chelsea player and one of many professionals who have not yet made the switch to the 2015 iteration of the Adidas F50 Adizero. Bertrand is still wearing the blue / pink colorway from last summer.

Philippe Coutinho joins Matić in central midfield with the white Nike Mercurial Vapor X cleats from December, while both wingers appear in Nike Intense Heat Pack Mercurials. Alexis Sánchez is wearing the Superfly IVs with Dynamic Fit Collar, while Chelsea's Eden Hazard, favorite for the Player of the Year award, opted for the Vapor Xs.

Diego Costa of Chelsea and Harry Kane of Tottenham form the attack, wearing Adidas F50 Adizero and Nike Hypervenom soccer cleats, respectively.
