Sport Recife 15-16 Third Kit Released

Brazilian club Sport Recife and Adidas today unveiled the new Sport Recife 2015-16 Third Kit, boasting two shades of blue with striking orange accents.

Adidas became Sport Recife's shirt supplier in early 2014, and famously released unique Germany, Japan and Mexico-inspired shirts ahead of the tournament, welcoming the (Adidas-sponsored) teams that played at the Recife stadium.

Inspired by the colors of the Dutch monarchy that took part in the colonization of the region in the 17th century, the new Sport Recife Third Kit is blue with tonal hoops on the front and striking orange accents.

While the crew-neck collar of the Sport Recife 15-16 Third Shirt is kept in the same color as the shirt, the iconic Adidas stripes on the shoulders and sleeves, as well as insets on the lower sides of the shirt are orange.

In a nice move by Adidas and the club, Bayern Munich and Netherlands winger Arjen Robben helped launch the new Sport Recife Third Kit in a short video.
