The first-ever Portland Timbers MLS Cup Shirt combines the main color white with Portland's trademark green color that "represents the state of Oregon's forests". It features the lettering Champions on the front as well as a green and golden star with the number '15. Apart from that, the new Portland Timbers 2015 Winners Jersey also comes with Portland Timbers' crest, the MLS Cup and the Adidas logo on the front.

While the front of the shirt features various elements, the back of the Portland Timbers 2015 Winners Jersey is solid white.
