Unique Adidas Ace 2016 Prototype Boots Leaked

Introducing the most unique prototype of the Adidas Ace 2016 Football Boots we've seen so far. While Adidas has shown off various different laceless Adidas Ace 2016 PureControl Prototype Cleats last week, we have received the first image of a very early prototype boot of the 'laces version' of the second-gen Adidas Ace Boots.

Early Adidas Ace 2016 Prototype Boots

This image shows an early prototype version of the second-gen Adidas Ace Soccer Boots.

Boasting an orange upper and extremely bold purple and black Three Stripes, the first leaked prototype boot of the Adidas Ace 16.1 Boots is very different to the usual black prototypes. But not only the design is very different, there are also various tech elements that make this prototype one of the most interesting ones we've seen so far.

First, the upper of the orange and purple Adidas Ace 2016 Prototype Cleats is extremely thin. It rather reminds us of the one used for the Adidas X Boots than the one used for the final edition of the Adidas Ace Boots. It seems to be extremely soft. Unfortunately, there is no info which material Adidas uses for the upper (We think it's a textile upper.)

The second interesting element of the boot is the laces system, which also looks rather like the one seen on the Adidas X Primeknit Football Boots. But the third and most interesting part of the boot is definitely the black sock-like design, which creates something like a 'two-collared ankle system'.

However, whereas the upper is outstanding, the sole plate of the second-gen Adidas Ace 2016 Prototype Boots looks to be almost identical to the first-gen version of the cleats. The plate has nothing in common with the completely redesigned outsole Adidas introduced for the second-gen Adidas Ace 2016 Boots as there were various problems with the previous studs system.
