Croatia Euro 2016 Kits Released
Nike and the Croatian football federation just released the new Croatia Euro 2016 home and away kits, both of which draw inspiration from the unique Croatia 1998 France World Cup kit. The new Croatia 2016 kit is set to be debuted in Croatia's friendlies at the end of this month.

The new Croatia Euro 2016 home jersey comes with a modernistic approach of the traditional checkered design of Croatia's kits. However, while the design of the new Croatia Euro 2016 Kit seems to be revolutionary at first glance, it's in fact inspired by the jersey that Croatia wore 18 years ago in the 1998 World Cup that took place in France.
Apart from the spectacular checker design on the front, the new Croatia Euro 2016 shirt is pretty standard. It has a modern v-collar with blue applications. The sleeves feature the traditional checkered pattern, and on the back under the collar is the lettering Croatia.
The Croatia Euro 2016 kit shorts are white with a blue line on each side, while the socks boast a remarkable checker design, similar to the shirt.
Croatia Euro 2016 Away Kit

Based on the same template as the home kit, the Croatia Euro 2016 away kit swaps the red and white checkers for a tonal solution in blue, creating a stunning look. Blank space is left for the numbers on the front of the Croatia away shirt.
Blue shorts and socks, the latter with a red stripes panel at the back, complete the look of the Croatia Euro 2016 away kit.

Bruno Guimarães Set to Keep Iconic Number 39 Shirt at Arsenal
As Bruno Guimarães prepares to finalize his move from Newcastle United to Arsenal in a reported £75 million transfer, attention has turned to the squad number he will wear in North London.
The 28-year-old Brazilian midfielder is expected to retain his trademark number 39 shirt at the Emirates Stadium ahead of the 26-27 season, with the number currently unassigned following the departure of academy player Harrison Dudziak.
The number 39 holds deep personal significance for Guimarães, as it pays homage to dispatch cab 039 driven by his father, Dick Gomez, in Rio de Janeiro. The earnings from that taxi helped finance his early football gear and bus fares to training, making the number a permanent tribute to his family's sacrifices.

Mohamed Salah Wears Symbolic Number 61 Shirt Upon Trabzonspor Transfer
Former Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah has completed a high-profile transfer to Turkish Süper Lig club Trabzonspor, making waves with his arrival attire ahead of the 26-27 season. Boarding his flight to Turkey, the Egyptian winger was pictured sporting Trabzonspor's claret and blue home kit customized with the name M. SALAH and the number 61 on the back in gold lettering.
The choice of number 61 raised immediate curiosity among fans accustomed to seeing Salah wear number 11 at Liverpool and 10 for Egypt. However, the number holds immense cultural significance in Trabzon, as 61 is the province's official vehicle registration plate code. Trabzonspor supporters also famously celebrate during the 61st minute of every home match with loud chants and celebrations, making the number a fitting tribute to his new club's identity.
While Salah wore the number 61 shirt for his arrival journey and announcement video, reports indicate that the gesture is purely symbolic for his unveiling. He is expected to select a traditional squad number for official matches, but his respectful nod to Trabzon's heritage has already resonated strongly with local supporters.
