Galatasaray Announce Nef Shirt Sponsorship Deal
Here is Galatasaray's home kit with nef on the front.
Nef will be on Galatasaray's kit for at least one season, while both parties already agreed the terms if Nef decides to continue the partnership for 2017-18 and 2018-19 (1+1+1 sponsorship concept). Galatasaray will receive 9.5 million Turkish Lira (2.8 million Euro) this season, while Nef can decide after each season if they want to continue the partnership (10.5 million TL for the 17-18 season | 11 million TL for the 18-19 season) .
The new Galatasaray 16-17 home kit introduces an extravagant design that brings a modern take on the iconic half-and-half look of the Turkish giants, while the Galatasaray 16-17 away jersey offers an understated and smart look.
Galatasaray 16-17 Home Kit
This is the new Nike Galatasaray 2016-2017 home jersey.
Based on Galatasaray's typical look, half red and half yellow, the Galatasaray 16-17 kit adds a never-seen-before stripes pattern to the front and back. Roughly inspired by the sleeves of Nike's Vapor kit template, the stripes offer a completely new take on the traditional Galatasaray shirt design.
The collar of the Galatasaray 16-17 kit is all-orange and comes with a red line that runs around the rear. 1905 is written on the back of the collar of the Galatasaray 2016-17 home shirt to commemorate the club's founding year.
Different from the makeshift fourth star applied to the Galatasaray 15-16 jerseys, the new Nike Galatasaray 16-17 home kit features four stars that are properly aligned above the club crest.
Just as last season, the Galatasaray 16-17 home kit shorts are red. New this year are the socks which are yellow to complete an unusual combination that is in line with most of Nike's other kits for the 2016-17 season.
Galatasaray 16-17 Away Kit
This is the new Galatasaray away jersey.
Once again, the Galatasaray away shirt is white. And like so often, Nike combines the clean base of the Galatasaray 2016-17 away kit with detailing in red and yellow, the two primary colors of the club. A yellow stripe runs down each side of the Galatasaray 2016-2017 away jersey, as well as around the collar. Both the neckline and the Nike Swoosh on the front of the new Galatasaray kit are red.
White shorts and red socks complete the Galatasaray 16-17 away kit.
