Update: The official release pictures of the upcoming black Nike Mercurial Superfly V soccer cleat colorway have been leaked.
Set for a release in July 2017 and forming part of an entire predominantly black collection, the black Nike Mercurial Superfly 5 soccer cleats are are the perfect boot to start the new season.
Nike Mercurial Superfly V - Black / White / Dark Grey / University Red

Forming part of Nike's Summer 2017 black pack, these new Nike Mercurial Superfly V 2017 cleats are not completely blacked-out but feature a white Swoosh and striking red details to create a look that is anything but old-fashioned. In line with the rest of the collection, the sole plate of the black Nike Mercurial 2017 boot is white with red details.
The large 'NIKE' writing on the instep of the black Nike Mercurial Superfly 5 2017-2018 cleats is Dark Grey. This text detail is a relatively new feature of the Nike Mercurial Superfly V - first added on the Time to Shine edition it is set to appear on all future colorways of the model.
Just as all previous colorways, the new black Mercurial Superfly 2017 boots are designed for the fastest players on the pitch. The Nike Mercurial Superfly 5 feature Nike's Flyknit technology, a high-cut collar as well a lightweight sole plate with chevron studs for ultimate speed and traction.
The black, white and red Nike Mercurial Superfly V boots will be launched in early July 2017.
