Debut Against Spurs Today? Chelsea's Musonda Shows Off Unique Takedown Nike Mercurial Boots

Chelsea's 20-year old youngster Charly Musonda has yet again laced up in a unique pair of football boots. While he was spotted wearing several different custom Nike Mercurial Vapor XI soccer cleats in the past few months, he this time opted for a high-cut model of the same silo - but not for the high-end Superfly version but for the takedown Mercurial Victory model...

Boasting similar colors as Cristiano Ronaldo's Nike Mercurial Campeões football boots, Charly Musonda's latest custom Mercurial football boots are melon red with a golden / black Swoosh and black Nike brandings. Interestingly, his boots are the same as one of the 'default' NikeiD Mercurial design options...

Tech-wise, Musonda's boots are nothing but high-end featuring a standard synthetic upper and Dynamic Fit collar that is less flexible than the collar of the Nike Mercurial Superfly V boots.

However, it seems unlikely that he will wear the cleats against Tottenham today has he never laced up in a different boot than the Nike Mercurial Vapor XI in an official match this season. He also already wore red and golden lower-tier Nike Mercurial Victory boots in training before the match against Burnley, where he opted for standard Nike Mercurial Vapor 11 football shoes.
