Top 5 October 2017 Football Launches

October 2017 will be a very interesting month for football boot fans as many limited edition releases are one the way. We take a detailed look at the five biggest soccer launches in October 2017, which will also include the first (proposed) 2018 World Cup kit.

Italy 2018 World Cup Kit

Even though it is almost certain that Italy will have to secure their 2018 World Cup spot in a play-off, Puma will very likely already launch the proposed new Italy 2018 World Cup jersey, which is known as Italy 2017-2018 kit internally.

Adidas Nemeziz Messi 10/10 Boots

It is not known how Lionel Messi's third 10/10 soccer cleats are going to look like exactly as there have been no leak of them yet... If limited to just 100 pairs globally just as previous releases, it is already safe to say that there won't be a boot more difficult to get this month.

New Nike Flyknit Ultra Boots + Nike Lunar Flyknit Ultra Sneakers

Nike will release two new colorways (Black / Red, Black / Gamma Blue) for their brand-new Flyknit Ultra football boot as well as a lifestyle shoe of the Nike Flyknit Ultra, the 'Lunar Flyknit Ultra'.

Second Adidas Paul Pogba Signature Collection

Adidas will launch the second Paul Pogba signature collection in October 2017. The new Adidas Paul Pogba 2017-2018 collection features a more subdued design compared to the first edition that dropped earlier this year. There won't be a regular firm-ground football boot of the second Adidas Paul Pogba signature edition, so we won't see the boots on the pitch very likely.

1997 Nike Air GX Remake Football Boots

The likely most interesting launch that is expected to take place this month is the release of the Nike Air GX 1997-2017 remake football boots. The limited-edition releases celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Nike Air GX soccer boot, an important piece of the brand's history in the sport, with a modernized remake.

Throughout The Month - The Unknown, Unexpected, Leaks + More Collections

Along aboves releases, Adidas will release another new special boot collection this month (including beige / brownish colorways for the Ace and Nemeziz), and Puma will also bring out new paint jobs and special editions. As always, there will be also releases and launches that even we don't know before.

The Adidas 2018 World Cup kits, of which some have been already leaked, will not drop this month but in early November 2017. We expect that it's gonna be an interesting month in terms of leaks, to say the least.
