This verdict seems to be supported by the fact that the cleats can already be bought at hefty discounts at Adidas' own outlet stores, despite not being officially out yet.
While the Adidas Spectral Mode pack is slated for launch on September 11, @the_mad_cleater spotted the new Messi boots on sale with 40% off at an Adidas outlet in Philadelphia. This mean they are available for USD 135 instead of the regular 225.
