Adidas to Release Special Messi 2023 FIFA Player of the Year Boots?
Lionel Messi has been named the FIFA player of the year yesterday, after winning the World Cup with Argentina in December 2022. Messi scored two goals in the World Cup final, which Argentina won on penalties against France. However, Adidas have yet to unveil a special edition boot to celebrate Messi's achievement. But will they even do so?

Adidas released special-edition football boots on the morning after Benzema was awarded the 2022 Ballon d'Or in November 2022. So as nothing came from Adidas, it seems unlikely that the Three Stripes brand have something in the pipeline.
