No More Nike - Darwin Nunez To Join Adidas

Update: In the recent match between Manchester United and Liverpool, Darwin Nunez once again wore the Predator 24 boot ('Generation Pred' colorway).

Update: During Liverpool's recent training session, striker Darwin Nunez was spotted wearing Adidas X Crazyfast boots. It is likely that Nunez will switch to Adidas after leaving Nike.

Nunez has worn all three Adidas boot silos: Predator 24, Copa Pure and X Crazyfast.

Update: In the match against Arsenal yesterday, striker Darwin Nunez debuted blackout Adidas Copa Pure boots. It remains to be seen if this will become his new permanent choice- last weekend, he debuted the unreleased Predator 'Solar Energy' boot.

Update: Three brands in one week - Darwin Núñez today made a surprise debut in the regular launch colorway of the next-gen Adidas Predator 2024 Laceless boots. He wore the Puma Ultra Ultimate football boots the the Europa League last week, and the Nike Mercurial last weekeend.

Darwin Nunez has switched from his familiar Nike Mercurial Vapor boots to Puma Ultra boots, indicating that Nunez will be the next player to leave Nike and his destination will most likely be Puma.

2023 has seen many players leave Nike for Puma, including Jack Grealish, Mateo Kovacic and more recently Kai Havertz and Dani Carvajal.

By wearing Ultra Ultimate boots, Darwin Nunez is likely to become an ambassador for Puma Ultra boots, alongside Antoine Griezmann, Marco Reus, Harry Maguire or Christian Pulisic.
