Adidas is set to stir nostalgia ahead of the FIFA World Cup with a special remake of Argentina’s iconic 2006 World Cup kits. The release, scheduled for late 2025 or early 2026, will include both the home and away versions worn by La Albiceleste during their memorable, albeit bittersweet, campaign in Germany.

Argentina 2025 2006 Home & Away Remake Kits

The Adidas Argentina 2006 home and away remake kits will have designs identical to the original versions. The kits feature the unmistakable Teamgeist template, one of Adidas’ most recognizable designs of the 2000s.

Although Argentina’s run in the 2006 World Cup ended in disappointment, falling to host nation Germany on penalties in the quarter-finals, the kits from that tournament have become fan favorites, remembered for their aesthetics and the talent-packed squad that included the likes of Juan Román Riquelme, Hernán Crespo, and a young Lionel Messi.
