Ahead of Der Klassiker against Borussia Dortmund, FC Bayern Munich teased a special alteration to their 26-27 home shirt, unveiling a locker room preview featuring a metallic gold Deutsche Telekom front-of-shirt sponsor logo alongside gold trim accents. The unique detail is the latest tribute in the club's celebrations honoring Harry Kane's 2026 Ballon d'Or triumph, making him the first Bayern player to claim the prestigious accolade since Karl-Heinz Rummenigge in 1981. The golden sponsor swap builds on a week of tributes from the German giants, following the illumination of the Allianz Arena in gold and the release of a special commemorative gold number 9 nameset adorned with a photo collage of Kane's highlights and the official Ballon d'Or emblem.

FM Kit Creator has officially released full support for Football Manager 2027 just two days after the game's launch. The major update introduces FM27's dedicated 3D models and texture masks alongside 272 templates ready to design from day one. In addition to full support for both men's and women's team kits, the tool now generates 2D minikits specifically fitted to FM27's in-game interface.

A key highlight is the new Printing section, which accurately previews player names and numbers in the exact positions where the FM26 and FM27 match engines render them. The typography remains separate from the exported kit texture files to avoid distortion, but the custom styling and color parameters are automatically written directly into the exported config data. Designers can also display their finished kits using fresh showcase perspectives, including short- and long-sleeve hanger styles, flying shirts, framed displays, washing line setups, and a texture preview mode.

The update extends across the platform's companion tools as well. Both the Bulk Generator and the Minikit Generator can now build full custom league packages tailored for FM27 in just a few clicks. Alongside these, the newly renamed FM Kit Creator Live Editor allows players to connect directly to running FM26 or FM27 save files to adjust shirt, shorts, and sock designs on the fly, or quickly inject kit zip files without manual installation.

FM Kit Creator 27 is now live.

During Manchester City's Premier League clash against Brighton & Hove Albion at the Etihad Stadium, striker Erling Haaland suffered an unusual kit malfunction as his special commemorative poppy patch began peeling away from his jersey. The fixture served as City's official Remembrance match for the 26-27 campaign, with players sporting the symbolic red flower on their chests ahead of Remembrance Day. Big thanks to @ShirtSquadapp.

Close-up broadcast cameras caught the side of the heat-applied poppy lifting cleanly off the fabric, dangling loosely from the front of Haaland's shirt during play. The mishap did not go unnoticed by kit enthusiasts online, with football shirt community account ShirtSquad joking that the application "needed a bit longer on the heat press."

Premier League teams regularly add heat-sealed poppy emblems to their match kits throughout late October and early November, with the match-worn shirts subsequently auctioned off to raise funds for the Royal British Legion. While kit staff take great care in preparing the jerseys, Haaland's fluttering patch served as a lighthearted reminder of how quickly heat-pressed details can come unstuck in the heat of battle.

Following recent retailer leaks, the upcoming Adidas Real Madrid 14-15 dragon remake kit has now surfaced on store racks ahead of its official release. Reissuing the iconic Yohji Yamamoto-designed third jersey from the 2014-15 campaign, the shirt faithfully recreates the celebrated original with its black base, white buttoned collar, retro Adidas performance branding, and the intricate tonal dragon graphic across the front. Scheduled to drop officially as part of Adidas' 26-27 offerings, the sought-after reissue will be released in both short-sleeve replica and long-sleeve authentic versions.

We have two new images of the authentic version of the upcoming Jordan Paris Saint-Germain 26-27 third kit. The jersey is predominantly black, highlighted by an unconventional, blurred multicolor interpretation of the club's classic Hechter stripe down the center in blue, green, and red.

Could be one of the classiest kits ever. More on the Bayern München 2027-27 away kit this midday on Footy Headlines.
