If you are active in the world of football kits on social media, you might have seen that a brand-new online store for football kits has launched, called "Kit Plug FC". However, the shop that describes itself at "The Home of Replica Football Kits" is selling 100% FAKES.
Kit Plug FC offers the most wanted kits, both current and retro jerseys. All kits retail at 31.99 GBP, which is an unbelievable good price for each of the shirts offered, which are hard to get elsewhere.
All images of the website are not showing the fakes but real products - the pictures are taken from official stores and website like Classic Football Shirts. So it is hard to see that they are selling fakes.
To push sales and publicity, "Kit Plug FC" ran a giveaway on Twitter that was retweeted by almost 1,000 people, including some legit football kit guys.
Of course, some people already noted that "Kit Plug FC" is just a good-looking fake store that offers cheap fakes from "well-known" counterfeit websites like DHGate.
In fact, there is a message on the bottom of the website that reads:
"PLEASE NOTE: The shirts sold on this website are copies not the real deal. We can assure you they're very high quality copies that come with tags and official sponsors, tags and printing."
WARNING: We are not even sure that the store will deliver any of the products. Never order there. (delivery time is currently 20-40 days...
