Fenerbahçe Player Wants to Kiss Badge Of New Puma 3rd Kit, but There Is None

Updated with new images and reactions. It was one of the biggest-ever kit stories (one single Twitter video alone got 5 million views), and the funniest kit thing we have ever seen. It remains to be seen if it helped or harmed Puma.

Will it help or harm Puma?

Tonight, Turkish giant Fenerbahçe faced HJK Helsinki in the first leg of the UEFA Europa League play-offs (1-0 win). Just one day before the match Puma released 10 new third shirts for their most important clubs, and Fenerbahçe already wore their new jersey tonight.

Puma 21-22 Third Kits Released

The only goal of the night was scored by Turkish youngster Muhammed Gümüşkaya in the 65th minute. During his celebration Gümüskaya wanted to kiss the club's badge until he noticed that the Puma Fenerbahçe 21-22 third kit does not feature any club badge in a traditional sense. Gümüskaya's desperation after the failed attempt is noticeable.

"Yes, the badges are there. All over the kits actually"Kit supplier Puma must have known before releasing these new, radical football shirts that a lot of people will not like it that the supplier removed the badge so they incorporated a sublimated pattern.

The even funnier part about this is that the teams Puma cares less about (PSV, Krasnodar, Stade Rennais, and Shakhtar Donetsk) do not even have this feature.
