Serbia 2022 World Cup Logo

This picture shows the logo that will appear on the Serbia 2022 World Cup shirt.

The logo above is the version that will appear on the kits, complete with the coat of arms as was announced by the federation a while ago.

The Serbia kits for the 2022 World Cup will feature a new crest. This has been revealed by Vanja Kostić, marketing director of the Football Association of Serbia (FSS).

Serbia are directly qualified for the 2022 Qatar World Cup finals, while the runner-up, Portugal, advanced to the second round (play-offs).

Serbia to Have Separate Logos For National Team and Football Association

The Football Association of Serbia have decided to separate the emblem of the Football Association and the Serbian national team, as is the case in several countries. The new Serbia national team logo will feature on the 2022 World Cup kits for the first time.

"We want to create the brand of our national team. In that process, separating the institutional coat of arms from the representative one is a practice that is already being implemented in most European alliances."

"The National Alliance, as the umbrella institution, should be presented as a modern and authoritative institution. On the other hand, the coat of arms that will adorn the football jersey in the future should symbolize tradition, passion, dedication, unity, and courage with which the fans will identify," said Vanja Kostic, FSS marketing director in an interview with Novosti.

New Spain Logo Unveiled - Debut on 2022 Kits

Other counties like Germany and Spain also have different logos for the football association and the national team.

Puma to Make Serbia 2022 Kits

Serbia 2020 kits - the 2022 jersey will have a similar apporach.

Puma will again make the kits for the Serbia national football team. The new Puma Serbia 2022 jersey will follow a similar approach as the 2020 kits. The 2020 Serbia home kit has Serbian glasses on the jersey, while the away kit is dedicated to inventor Nikola Tesla, with fluorescent applications.

"Everyone saw the fantastic desire and the fight with which the football players and the selector Stojković paved the way to Qatar. That success is the base through which we want to bring the fans even closer to the national team, that is, to have symbols on them that football fans will recognize as trademarks of the Serbian national football team," says Kostić.

The Puma Serbia 2022 World Cup home kit launches in late May or the beginning of June, just as the other Puma 2022 home kits.
