Neymar Puma Future Batman Boots Not to Be Released Until June - Manufacturing Problems?

Update: Despite the Puma Future Z Batman boots being unveiled and debuted by Neymar last weekend, they will not be available to buy until June 3rd.

It is quite unusual for there to be such a long wait between the first on-field appearance of a boot and it's launch in shops. Nike have been having supply chain issues which have caused delays with product releases, so it is likely that Puma are having similar problems of their own. The Puma Ultra also suffered a delay recently, with the planned November 2021 launch being put back to January. Both brands do a lot of their manufacturing in South East Asia, particularly Vietnam, which is believed to be where they are encountering difficulties.

In October 2021, Neymar and Puma teased an upcoming collaboration with the Batman movie and we now see the fruits of this partnership.
