Adidas Ace 16+ PureControl Viper Pack Boots Released
Earlier today, Adidas launched one of the most outrageous colorways for the Ace 16+ PureControl football boot model yet. Forming part of the animal-inspired Viper Pack, the new Adidas Ace 16+ PureControl 2016-2017 cleats feature a snakeskin-like all-over print on the upper.

This image shows the spectacular Adidas Ace PureControl 2016 boots from the Viper Pack.
Just like their Adidas X 16+ PureChaos equivalent, the new Adidas Ace PureControl boots from the brand's Viper Pack feature an snakeskin all-over print that covers almost the entirety of the shoe, including the sole plate.
The techfit collar and tongue construction of the Viper Pack Adidas Ace 16+ PureControl boots is Vapour Green, while all brandings and the pull tabs at the front and back of the heightened collar are black.
Although their design is novel to the say the least, the Adidas Ace 16+ PureControl snakeskin boots boast the same technical features as all previous, regular colorways. They feature a laceless construction to allow for a cleaner strike and improved ball control, while the rest of the features is quite similar to the Primeknit variant. Set to be available from September 2, 2016, the new Adidas Ace 16+ PureControl Viper Pack boots retail at the same price as previous releases: $300 (€300, £250). Going by Adidas' track record, they could be relatively limited.

Harrogate Town 26-27 Home Kit Released
Harrogate Town has officially revealed its new home kit for the 2026-2027 season. Produced by technical sponsor New Balance, the latest primary strip offers a bold and modern twist on the club's traditional yellow and black colors. Following the recent reveal of their striking geometric away jersey, this home release confirms that New Balance is committed to delivering highly bespoke and eye-catching designs for the North Yorkshire side's upcoming campaign.
The New Balance Harrogate Town 26-27 home shirt features a vibrant yellow base, anchored by thick black vertical stripes across the front of the torso. However, instead of traditional solid bands, these stripes are executed with a modern, pixelated halftone gradient effect that fades heavily around the midsection to seamlessly accommodate the black "envirovent" sponsor logo. To ensure a cohesive and sharp aesthetic, the New Balance manufacturer logo and the official club crest are both applied in a sleek black and yellow monochrome finish.
The launch completes the team's set for 2026-2027.
