AS Roma 16-17 Away Kit Released

AS Roma returns to use the iconic 1980s crest for the all-new Nike AS Roma 2016-2017 away kit. Made by Nike, the AS Roma 16-17 away jersey was released today and boasts the colors marble white and red.
Nike became AS Roma's kit supplier in 2014, a year after the club had parted ways with previous sponsor Kappa. In the 2013-14 season, Roma famously sported unbranded kits. A constant since then is the lack of a shirt sponsor, and nothing has indicated so far that this will change in the 2016-17 season.
AS Roma 16-17 Away Kit
This is the new AS Roma away kit.
Inspired by the old logo and in honor of the 90th anniversary which will occur in 2017, AS Roma sports the traditional 'Lupetto' badge on the 2016-2017 Roma away kit, for the first time since the 2012-13 season. Used between 1979 and 1997, the classic AS Roma 'Lupetto' crest shows a stylized wolf head, surrounded by a white circle with red and orange strokes.
The iconic Roma crest was used as primary logo during the the 1980s and 1990s, while it has seen many re-appearances on away and third kits later on. After the club unveiled its updated branding in 2013, the new Roma logo has been used on all three Roma kits each year.
To round off a classy look, the Roma 16-17 away kit is combined with white shorts and socks. In terms of the actual design of the AS Roma 2016-17 away kit, it features a modern and simplistic look overall, in line with Nike's Euro 2016 kits.

German club VfL Osnabrück have unveiled a special kit for their DFB-Pokal first-round clash against FC Bayern Munich. Manufactured by Capelli Sport, the one-off jersey pays homage to one of the biggest cup upsets in German football history, when Osnabrück defeated Bayern 5-4 at the Olympiastadion in Munich on September 23, 1978.
The Osnabrück 26-27 DFB-Pokal special shirt closely mirrors the clean aesthetic worn during that historic 1978 triumph. Predominantly white, it features a bold retro polo collar and matching sleeve cuffs in Osnabrück's signature purple.
Completing the look, the special edition kit is paired with matching white shorts and socks accented by purple detailing. The kit will be worn exclusively during the home cup tie against Bayern Munich at the Bremer Brücke and is available through the club's official retail channels.
