The Adidas Energy Mode pack, the Three Stripes' official 2018 World Cup boots collection, has been finally launched this morning. The cleats will be worn by all of Adidas' best players in Russia this summer.
The Adidas Nemeziz 2018 World Cup boots are orange, the Adidas Predator 18 2018 World Cup boots are yellow and the Adidas X 2018 World Cup boots are blue. Both the Adidas Nemeziz and Adidas X are not based on the current generation but are next-generation boots. The Predator for the World Cup is based on the first generation of the modern Predator that was launched in December 2017.

The Adidas 2018 World Cup soccer cleats collection is called Adidas 'Energy Mode Pack'. After Adidas' 2014 World Cup soccer cleats collection introduced remarkable designs in black, white and orange (Adidas Battle Pack) and the Adidas Euro 2016 boot collection boasted modern silver designs, the new Adidas 2018 World Cup soccer cleats introduce more colorful looks.
Adidas Nemeziz 18 Energy Mode - Orange / Black / Red
The second generation of the Adidas Nemeziz football boot will be launched ahead of the 2018 World Cup. It's once again available as laceless and laced version.
Adidas Nemeziz 18 Messi Energy Mode - Solar Green / Black / Solar Green
There's also a Messi-exclusive edition of the next-gen Adidas Nemeziz cleats. Unlike before, the Adidas Nemeziz 18 boots are only available with a traditional lacing system.
Adidas Predator 18 Energy Mode - Solar Yellow / Solar Red / Black
The Adidas Predator 2018 football boots for the 2018 World Cup bring back one of the most iconic colorway of the cleats silo (hi-vis yellow - "Electricity").
Adidas X 18 Energy Mode - Blue / Solar Yellow / Black
Another new boot to receive a generation update for the World Cup is the Adidas X. The blue, black and yellow Adidas X 18+ cleats are proper laceless boots for the first time in silo history and feature more of a traditional 'speed boot' approach.
In addition to the three Adidas main boot silos for the 2018 World Cup (Nemeziz, Predator, X), there's also a Copa 18 included in the Energy Mode collection.
The Adidas 2018 World Cup soccer cleats collection, the Energy Mode pack will be fully launched on June 1 2018. The top tier Adidas X 18+ and Predator 18+ are already available to buy.

Brazil Did Not Leave Enough Space for FIFA 2026 World Cup 'Debut' Patch
The 2026 FIFA World Cup has introduced a highly detailed new system of sleeve badges, including a special "DEBUT" patch for players making their very first appearance in the tournament. However, on-pitch visuals of Brazil have revealed a glaring spatial issue: the Brazilian kit men did not leave enough space for it.
As seen on players like Danilo during their opening fixtures, the "DEBUT" patch has to be crammed awkwardly against the bottom stitching - the World Cup badge has been placed too low.
Brazil's kit managers apparently ignored the official application guidelines provided by badge manufacturer Avery Dennison. According to the leaked application manual, kits must have 55mm free under the regular badge for the debut patch - 20mm for the debut badge, plus spacing of 15mm (top) and 20 mm (bottom).
