Adidas Messi 15.1 2015-2016 Boots Released

The new Adidas Messi 2015-2016 Football Boots introduce a totally new design, made exclusively for Lionel Messi. Leo Messi is set to debut the new Adidas Messi 15.1 Boots in the 2015 Champions League final in Berlin on June 6, and will also wear the new boots in the 2015 Copa America.

In early 2015, Lionel Messi already trained in a blackout Adidas Messi 15.1 Prototype Football Boot. The blackout Adidas Messi Prototype Cleats gave us a first look at the upcoming Adidas Messi 15.1 Boots.

Adidas Messi 15.1 Ice Metallic Silver / Yellow / Black

This is the new Adidas Messi 15.1 2015 Soccer Cleat.

The new ice blue Adidas Messi 15.1 Boot features a super soft synthetic upper with a 3d structure for the perfect first touch. The upper material is similar to Adidas' Hybridtouch material, which was used for previous Adidas Messi Boots. The new MessiTOUCH material offers the advantages of leather with no water uptake.

One of the most remarkable elements of the new Adidas Leo Messi 2015-2016 Boot is the external 3d cage, made for more stability at high speed. The new Adidas messiFRAME is made for a locked in fit.

The first Adidas Messi 15.1 Boot Colorway is mainly ice blue with a metallic effect. The black Messi logo is printed on the heel area, while the new Adidas Messi 15.1 Boot features neither Three Stripes nor a Adidas logo creating a fresh boot design. For the outsole, Adidas combines the contrasting color black with yellow studs.

The new Adidas Messi 15.1 Boots feature a skeleton soleplate, similar to that of the new Adidas X Cleats. The stud alignment of the new Messi 2015-2016 Cleats is based on the 2014 Adidas F50 Adizero Boot soleplate, officially called Adidas messiGAMBATRAX.

In May 2015, Adidas discontinued all of their four previous boot silos (Adizero, Adipure, Nitrocharge, Predator). Adidas' new lineup consists of the Adidas X 15.1 Boots, the Adidas Ace 15.1 Cleats as well as the Adidas Messi 15.1 Boot.

The new Adidas Messi 15.1 Boot retails at 200 Euro (220 USD / 150 GBP) and will be available from June 1, 2015.
