Memphis Depay Unveils Unreleased Under Armour SpeedForm CRM Boots

Memphis Depay just completed a £25m-switch from Dutch champions PSV to Manchester United and while fans are unanimously assured of his tremendous footballing quality and speed, many have wondered about the football boots worn by Memphis Depay over the last few months.

Having caught the world's attention at the World Cup last year wearing the iconic black and white Adidas F50 Adizero cleats, Memphis Depay made a big-money switch to Under Armour this year.

Memphis Depay has been playing in unreleased Under Armour SpeedForm CRM Football Boots for PSV.

Memphis Depay was spotted wearing unknown black Under Armour Soccer Cleats shortly after the announcement, the new Under Armour SpeedForm CRM, set to be released this summer.

Later Memphis Depay made the switch to the turquoise / lime green launch colorway of the Under Armour SpeedForm CRM Soccer Cleats. Memphis Depay's UA SpeedForm CRM Boots boast a stunning turquoise upper with yellow accents in the form of the soleplate and an external heel counter. The laces and the Under Armour logos on the new SpeedForm CRM are also lime green.

The Under Armour SpeedForm Football Boots aim to offer comfort as well as lightness in the speed segment. Set to be released in two different upper versions, one with a normal synthetic upper and one with a synthetic leather upper, the front area of the Under Armour SpeedForm CRM Boots is molded after the shape of toes for improved fit.

Under Armour is on the rise in sports business as well as in football. The US-based sporting company only last year overtook Adidas as the second-biggest brand in the United States sportswear market and is hoping to increase its foothold in the football world as well.

Bobby Zamora, Brad Friedel or Jermaine Jones are only some of the players already signed to Under Armour, but the acquisition of Memphis Depay and the following transfer to Manchester United mean that the Dutchman is the biggest asset yet for UA.

Rumors about Under Armour being on the look for more high-profile teams to add to its portfolio as well as the imminent release of the new Under Armour SpeedForm CRM Cleats suggest that the best is yet to come from Under Armour in the football market.
