Puma evoSPEED SL Project Pink Boots Released

The new limited edition Puma evoSPEED SL Project Pink 2015-2016 Soccer Cleats celebrate the sixth season of 'Project Pink', Puma's initiative to fight against breast cancer.

PUMA’s Project Pink program is a major initiative for the brand every fall football season. Puma donates all profits from the sale of Project Pink gear in the end of October.

This is the new Puma evoSPEED SL Project Pink Soccer Cleat (all pictures by Unisportstore).

The new Puma evoSPEED SL Project Pink Boots boast a pink upper to make a bold statement on and off the pitch. Puma combines the clean pink upper with black brandings on the instep and lateral side of the cleat.

The sole plate of the new Puma evoSPEED SL Project Pink Boots features a more saturated pink to complete the clean design of the boot.

Tech-wise, the new pink Puma evoSPEED SL Project Pink Boots come with the same innovations and problems of the regular edition of the Puma evoSPEED SL. Weighing in at just 103 grams, the Puma evoSPEED SL Project Pink Boot features a ultra-thin upper and an extremely lightweight sole plate, but is a 'match-day only' boot with a 10-game limit. That's still quite ridiculous, but are limited editions meant to be worn?

Last season, Puma already revealed the unique Puma evoSPEED 1.3 Project Pink Boots featuring a unique design. Puma will not release a Puma evoSPEED 1.4 Project Pink Boot this year.

Limited editions of the new Puma evoSPEED SL 2015 Project Pink Football Boots are available from today for 240 USD (230 Euro, 180 GBP). It's expected that the Puma evoSPEED SL Project Pink Cleat is limited to 500 pairs globally.

Schlotterbeck Deliberately Wears His Football Socks the Wrong Way Round

Borussia Dortmund and Germany defender Nico Schlotterbeck has a very specific habit regarding his matchday attire. The centre-back deliberately wears his football socks the wrong way round - the back is on the front, and the front is on the back.

In 2025, the Borussia Dortmund & Germany center back once told SPORT1 that this was one of his unique habits.
