Just as with the two previous editions of the signature CR7's cleats, Nike also revealed an indoor and turf variant of the first 2017 Nike Mercurial Superfly Cristiano Ronaldo cleats, dubbed "Forged for Greatness". Just as the outdoor Nike Mercurial Superfly CR7 Chapter 4 cleat version, the new Nike MercurialX Proximo Chapter 4 soccer boots honor Cristiano Ronaldo switching to number 7 at Manchester United.

Based on the standard edition of the Nike MercurialX Proximo, the first 2017 Nike Cristiano Ronaldo signature indoor shoes feature a silver upper that fades to orange towards the sole plate, creating a design that is sure to stand out.

Flywire string run through the knitted upper upper in the midfoot area for improved stability, and there's a special grip texture on the medial side to improve ball control exclusive to the Nike MercurialX Proximo.
