After last season's away kit introduced a stylish design in black and gold, the new Atletico Madrid 2017-18 away shirt is much brighter. It's mainly yellow with navy applications, similar to their popular Nike 2013-14 away strip, even though the new Atlético Madrid 17-18 away kit more or less all-yellow with just few navy details.

The most remarkable change to previous jerseys is definitely the crest. Just as the new 17-18 Atletico home strip and all-new 17-18 Atletico third kit, the new Atlético Madrid 2017-2018 away jersey features the club's brand-new crest.

The Spanish flag is present on the inside of the neck of the new Atletico Madrid away kit as a small detail.

The shorts and the socks of the new Atlético Madrid 2017-2018 kit are navy and gold, respectively.
