Black / Grey / Grape Nike MercurialX Proximo II Revealed

The new Nike MercurialX Proximo II soccer shoe colorway introduces a very clean and subtle look that convinces with its supreme composition. They are part of a FootballX-exclusive Chasing Shadows collection that will be released on May 8.

Based on the unique silhouette of the MercurialX Proximo II, the new colorway fades from black in the rear to grey at front. The sole consists of a solid white midsole and a partly translucent grape outsole, with the latter color also being used for the lateral MercurialX branding.

Aiming to bridge the gap between pitch and street soccer, the Nike MercurialX Proximo II brings the technologies of the advanced Mercurial Superfly V model, worn by players like Cristiano Ronaldo, to the small-sided game. A special grip texture on the inside was added to further improve ball control capabilities.

Set to drop on May 8, the black, grey and purple Nike MercurialX Proximo II boots retail at €175 ($175).
