Bundesliga club SC Freiburg today released its new third kit. When the kit got leaked, it didn't take long for the garish Freiburg 2017-18 third jersey to be criticized. Therefore, the club gives away 10 jerseys for fans writing something nice about the kit on Facebook.

The new Freiburg third kit introduces an absolutely garish and unique color scheme for the club. Predominantly dark grey, it features an all-over graphic print that is inspired by the club's Black Forest heritage.

The dark base of the Freiburg 17-18 third jersey is combined with bright purple accents, including the Hummel logo on the chest, the brand's trademark chevrons down the sleeves, insets along the sides and trim at the end of the sleeves. The Schwarzwaldmilch sponsor appears in its regular green, red, yellow and white, taking away a bit from the otherwise very coherent look of the shirt.
