Metz 17-18 Home, Away & Third Kits Revealed
FC Metz today launched its new Home, Away and Third kits for the upcoming 2017-2018 Ligue 1 season. The new FC Metz jerseys are once again produced by Nike and based on the brand's teamwear line.
Metz 17-18 Home Kit
This is the Metz 2017-2018 Home shirt.
Based on the Nike Revolution template, the Metz 2017-18 Home jersey is dark red with even darker sleeves and white logos on the front.
Once again the Graoully, a mythical animal from the club crest on the front which lived in the arena of the amphitheater before Metz devastated the city according to legend, appears on the Metz shirt, on the lower right side. 'FC Metz' is written on the back neck.
Just like its predecessor, Metz 17-18 kit features the Cross of Lorraine instead of the usual club logo. A symbol of the resistance during the Second World War, it had been used for Metz's kits already between 1946-1999 before it was replaced by the current crest.
Metz 17-18 Away Kit
This is the Nike FC Metz 2017-18 Away jersey.
Based on the same template and featuring the same details, the new Metz Away shirt is white with black and silver accents.
Metz 17-18 Third Kit
This is the FC Metz 2017-18 Third shirt.
Completing the set is the black FC Metz Third jersey which, just like Home and Away, is based on the Revolution template and features the Graoully on the front. Once again, the print, as well as the font on the back of the jerseys, is white.
