Looks Rather Cheap - All-New Next-Gen Umbro UX Accuro II Boots Released
Double Diamond brand Umbro today released the second generation of the UX Accuro football boot. Designed to allow players to play on, and on, and on…, the next-generation Umbro UX Accuro II Pro football boot is made for ultimate comfort.
Umbro UX Accuro II Pro
This is the second-gen Umbro UX Accuro football boot.
The Umbro UX Accuro II Pro soccer cleat is all about comfort. The Umbro UX Accuro II Pro football shoe features a microfibre upper with new streamlined control pads in the forefoot for more control. The control pads remind us a bit of the already retired ones of the Nike Magista Opus II.
In the midfoot, a no-sew support cage with mesh inserts offers increased stability, while the addition of an integrated stretch mesh collar provides a responsive fit for the individual wearer and improved comfort. The UX Accuro 2 is built on a 'pro-stance' outsole that comes with a mixture of elongated and conical studs.
For the launch colorway, Umbro combines the main color navy with pinkish-red applications and white details. A nice touch is that the elongated studs feature a different color to highlight the key areas where the first and last points of contact with the pitch are made and extra traction is required.
First-gen Umbro UX Accuro
The new UX Accuro II Pro soccer shoe will be available from Friday 9th February 2018.

Zweigen Kanazawa 26-27 Kits Released
Japanese J3 League club Zweigen Kanazawa have unveiled their new 2026-27 kits, produced by Hummel. The release introduces a bespoke look for the upcoming season, deeply rooted in the local culture of Ishikawa Prefecture.
The Hummel Zweigen Kanazawa 2026-27 shirts are inspired by Kaga Temari, a traditional regional craft famous for its intricately patterned, embroidered balls. This unique geometric motif covers the kits, symbolizing unity. According to the club, each stitch builds a larger beautiful pattern, representing the collective efforts of the team and supporters uniting for their shared goals. The uniforms also feature the logos of ten different club sponsors across the shirt and shorts.
The Hummel Zweigen Kanazawa 2026-27 kits are available to purchase during the club's primary sales window, which runs until July 5, 2026.
Unique Dual-Year Messi World Cup "Golden Ball" Badge at 2026 World Cup
Lionel Messi is sporting a highly exclusive detail on his Argentina kit at the 2026 World Cup. As highlighted by @jerseystory_vn, Messi's left sleeve features a unique dual-year Golden Ball badge, honoring his achievements as the Player of the Tournament at both the 2014 and 2022 World Cups. Messi is the only player in the tournament to wear a badge commemorating two Golden Ball awards, with Croatia's Luka Modric being the only other player to wear a Golden Ball patch for his 2018 award.
The special golden shield is located on the left sleeve of the Argentina shirt, but it is frequently hidden from view during matches as it sits beneath Messi's captain's armband. The badge adds to an already heavily decorated Argentina 2026 kit for the legendary number 10.
Alongside the dual-year Golden Ball patch, Messi's shirt is adorned with several other gold details. These include the central FIFA World Champions badge from their 2022 triumph, the golden 2026 World Cup sleeve patch, and the Legacy badge, which is awarded to players who have participated in five or more World Cup tournaments.
