Released in 2002, the year of the World Cup in Japan and South Korea, the Adidas Predator Mania 2002 were worn by Zidane, Beckham and Ballack, to name just a few.

Designed with Far Eastern stylistic elements in mind, the Adidas Predator Mania introduced a new look for the Predator that is still one of the most iconic soccer cleats in history.

The Adidas Predator Mania 2002 football boot featured a fold-over tongue with a new strap to help keep the cover in place along with reinforced heel protection and updated swerve elements. Just as previous Predators, they had a k-leather upper.

Just as the previous generation of the Adidas Predator, the Predator Precision 2000, the Adidas Predator Mania 2002 football boot had a TRX sole plate that gave players the option to swap studs for adaptability to changing pitch conditions.

The Adidas Predator Mania 2002 was launched in the iconic Black / White /Red colorway. Adidas brought out a few other editions, including the famous Champagne colorway worn by Beckham.
