El Paso Locomotive 19-20 Fourth Kit Revealed

We have kit news from the USL Championship as the new BLK El Paso Locomotive FC 2019-2020 fourth jersey was unveiled a few days ago. Paying homage to the border city's colourful culture, El Paso Locomotive's 19-20 fourth uniform is inspired by Mexican art and incorporates the 'Borderland's essence'.

This is the El Paso Locomotive 19-20 fourth shirt, made by BLK.

Mainly navy, the new El Paso Locomotive 19-20 fourth football shirt features a colourful graphic print on the body, while the sleeves are solid navy. The graphic print is made up of several skulls with floral details. Interestingly, the back comes with a more low-key approach to the 'Noche de Locos' theme.

Details-wise, the Mexican flag graces the front of the collar, while 'LOS LOCOS' is printed on the back neck.

“The inspiration for designing this jersey came from combining the traditional Mexican sugar skulls and the vibrant colors found in all corners of Mexico. Calaveritas, or sugar skulls, represent the Mexican folk art and symbolize honor for the spirits of our ancestors - which for Mexicans is a very unique and rich tradition,” commented Locomotive’s graphic designer and native of Juarez, Itzel Zambrano, who designed the jersey.
