Too Similar? Juventus 19-20 Third vs Leaked Lyon 20-21 Third Kit

Following yesterday's leak of the Olympique Lyon 20-21 third kit, a number of people quickly noticed a striking similarity to last season's Juventus third kit - something we already mentioned in the article.

It's of course not the only Adidas shirt this season to 'recycle' the Juventus camo jacquard print, but unlike with Sheffield's new away, which is pink, the color is also fairly similar in the case of Lyon.

The main similarity between the two shirts is of course the pattern, which is identical both in looks and application.

Next up, the color is fairly similar between the 'Unity Blue' of the Juventus shirt and the 'Mystery Blue' on Lyon's - the French club's is a bit darker but that's all.

On the other hand, the template used by Adidas is not the same at all, with the collar, cut, and stripes placement different between the two. The accent color is also yellow instead of white.

Still, it's easy to see where the comments are coming from, although we are skeptical whether this will influence the success of the shirt among the Lyon supporters at all.
