Update: Real Madrid has given us a look at the new UEFA Champions League patch, which includes inside the number of titles for each club (13 for Real Madrid - below is the logo of the UEFA Foundation). The left sleeve in all likelihood will be reserved for sponsors. Thanks to Marca de Gol for the spotting.
Update: Someone already got his hands on the Liverpool 21-22 kit with Champions League badges. It not only confirms the leaked Champions League badge but also features Expedia as sleeve sponsor. A look in the official LFC store confirms that Champions League will allow teams to have sleeve sponsors from 2021-22.

2021 UEFA Champions League Badges
The Champions League winners' badge, reserved for teams who have won more than 5 titles, will be removed. Instead, the number of titles won will be added on top of the iconic 'Starball' badge. On top of that, the Respect logo will be replaced by the new UEFA Foundation badge.
we could see sleeve sponsors in the Champions League next year
The fact that Winners patch was moved from the left sleeve to within the Starball logo on the right indicates that we could see sleeve sponsors in the Champions League next year. Since the Premier League allowed sleeve sponsors a few years ago, most major teams in Europe have such deals in place and it would open additional revenue opportunity for those participating in the continent's biggest club competition.
There is also a special badge for the winners of the Europa League.
