In the first pre-season game of the season against Liverpool, Manchester United wore the black away shorts of the (back then unreleased) 22-23 away kit. This can be seen because of the Three Stripes.
The correct away change shorts are available in the club's online store
The main difference between the Manchester United 22-23 home and away shorts is the Three Stripes. The away kit has black-red-black 'Tricolor' Three Stripes, while the home kit simply has three black Three Stripes.
In the third pre-season game against Crystal Palace, Manchester United wore the white home shorts of the 22-23 away kit.
They might have only taken two shorts variants for the tour with them
The reason for Manchester United wearing the wrong shorts has not been disclosed but they might not have taken all change shorts with them. In the club's online store, there is one home short variant and two away shorts variants available.
Last season, Manchester United were certainly Europe's team with the biggest number of kit combos.

Raúl Asencio steps into the No. 2 shirt previously worn by Dani Carvajal, while new signing Dean Huijsen takes over No. 4 from David Alaba. Endrick also returns to the No. 9 after his loan spell at Marseille.
Among the new arrivals, Ibrahima Konaté will wear No. 16, Marc Cucurella No. 17, Carlos Espí No. 19, Denzel Dumfries No. 24 and Yan Diomande No. 25. Meanwhile, Bernardo Silva will continue wearing No. 20 following Fran García's departure. The number is closely associated with the Portuguese midfielder's most successful years at Manchester City.

Following their switch from Nike to Adidas, Croatia's new training kit set for 2026 have been unveiled in the latest training camp for youth teams' goalkeepers.
However from what we've seen, both of the new jerseys are simply from Adidas Tiro 26 League template range, using default black and grey color choices. These are very likely just temporary options for the mean time, until the actual designs with probably bespoke colorways are officially released.
