2022-23 Austrian Bundesliga Kit Overview - All 12 Clubs
The Austrian Bundesliga kicked off just over two weeks ago, so we want to take a look at the various jerseys that will be worn throughout the season. This league is infamous for having some of the most sponsor-packed kits in Europe.
Nike lead the kit suppliers with 3 clubs, notably the exact teams that finished in the top 3 spots last season. Puma are the only other brand to have multiple kit deals, outfitting two clubs.
The seven other Austrian Bundesliga teams are all outfitted by individual shirt producers.
RB Salzburg
Home
The Nike Red Bull Salzburg 2022-2023 home shirt is based on Nike's 22-23 'B team' template, giving us a look at a graphic option we have not seen yet. A simple white base is combined with a red collar and sleeve cuffs.
Away
The Nike FC Red Bull Salzburg 2022-2023 away shirt is based on the Nike Strike II teamwear jersey, combining a navy base with blue raglan-style sleeves. These have Nike's fingerprint-like graphic on them.
Sturm Graz
Home
Based on the Striped Division IV template, the Nike SK Sturm 22-23 home shirt combines black and white stripes on the front and sleeves with the back in solid white. Nike's logo comes in black with a thin white outline, while the round collar appears in white.
Away
The Nike Sturm Graz 2022-2023 away shirt is based on the new Challenge IV teamwear jersey, featuring a plain white base with monochrome black logos.
Third
The Nike Sturm Graz 2022-2023 third jersey is the most basic of the set, based on the simple Park VII teamwear template. It is simply a blue shirt with a white Nike Swoosh.
Austria Wien
Home
The Nike Austria Wien 2022-2023 home shirt is purple with golden accents and trim. It is based on the Nike Challenge IV teamwear template, but with a custom color combination.
Away
Based on the Academy template, the Nike Austria Wien 22-23 away shirt is predominantly white with red being used for the sleeve graphic and the Nike Swoosh on the chest.
Wolfsberger AC
Home
The San Sirro Wolfsberger AC 22-23 home shirt combines a white base with a round black collar and sleeve cuffs as well as a stripe down each side. Unfortunately for the club, an insane amount of sponsor logos dominates the design, with a whopping 12 visible from the front.
Away
The San Sirro Wolfsberg 2022-23 away shirt is almost entirely black with a subtle diagonal lines graphic all over it. This time, the sponsor logos are more friendly when it comes to their colors, as all of them are monochrome white.
Rapid Wien
Home
The Rapid Wien 22-23 home shirt is based on the Ultraweave template with it's very open V-neck collar complete with elasticated panel and lack of seams on the shoulders. The sleeves are solid green with white cuffs.
Away
Inspired by the club's original colors of blue and red, the Rapid Wien 2022-23 away jersey features red and navy hoops, resulting in a design the club has never had before. The individual hoops are separated by thin white lines with most of the back and sleeves in solid red.
Austria Klagenfurt
Home
Introducing a fresh look, the Capelli Austria Klagenfurt 2022-23 home shirt is mainly purple with golden trim on the sleeve cuffs and V-neck. A redish shade of purple as well as gold appear in the form of two large paint brush strokes near the bottom.
Away
The Capelli Austria Klagenfurt 2022-2023 away jersey combines a white base with subtle jacquard stripes and golden trim on the sleeve cuffs and side panels. It is based on the Empire Knit Stripe teamwear option.
WSG Tirol
Home
The WSG Tirol 2022-23 home shirt was created using Puma's new Puma Kit Factory service. It has a white base with green hoops on the front, completed with green on the collar and sleeve ends.
Away
The WSG Tirol 2022-23 away shirt is based on the same template and uses the same hooped graphic. This time, a black base is covered in white hoops and Puma logos.
LASK
Home
The BWT LASK 2022-2023 home shirt returns the club to their classic striped black and white design. Four black vertical stripes run down the front of a white base, interrupted by a white rectangle around the red main shirt sponsor.
Away
The BWT LASK 2022-2023 away shirt is based on the same design as the home kit, but instead of using black and white, it combines black and dark grey stripes on the the front.
TSV Hartberg
Home
Plastered in sponsors, the Adidas Hartberg 2022-2023 home shirt is mainly blue, based on the Condivo 22 Match Day teamwear model. Differently sized and shaped pentagons make up the graphic all over the shirt, while white is applied for Adidas' branding.
Away
Based on the same template, the Adidas Hartberg 2022-23 away shirt suffers from the same problems as the home kit. The away jersey has a pink base color, making for a garish appearance.
SV Ried
Home
The Hummel Ried 2022-23 home jersey has a dark green base with black raglan-style sleeves. The front is covered in subtle pinstripes, with a a viking helmet and the club crest showing up in the form of watermarks near the bottom.

AS Roma Become First Club to Wear Every Squad Number From 1 to 99
AS Roma have achieved a unique piece of football history by becoming the first club to have every squad number from 1 to 99 worn at least once. The rare milestone was unlocked following the arrival of 19-year-old Portuguese attacking midfielder Rodrigo Mora from FC Porto, who chose the previously untouched number 86 shirt. Big thanks to @asromainside.
Italian football has long been known for its relaxed shirt numbering rules compared to leagues with strict regulations like La Liga, allowing players in Serie A to freely select high and unconventional digits. Over the decades, Roma squads have paired timeless classics like Francesco Totti's number 10 and Daniele De Rossi's 16 with distinctive high numbers such as Stephan El Shaarawy's 92, Romelu Lukaku's 90, and Mile Svilar's 99.
With number 86 standing as the final missing piece of the puzzle, Mora's selection officially completes the entire 1 to 99 roster. A graphic celebrating the achievement visualizes all 99 shirts alongside notable Giallorossi players who have carried each number onto the pitch throughout the club's history.
