Adidas, Nike & Puma Must Release Better Keeper Kits
In the 2022-2023 season, we might have reached rock bottom when it comes to goalkeeper jerseys, at least those of the three big brands - Adidas, Nike, and Puma.
Adidas, Nike & Puma 22-23 Goalkeeper Jerseys
All teams sponsored by Adidas, Nike, or Puma receive the same goalkeeper template. But not only that - Adidas and Nike do not even offer bespoke colorways, while Nike at least gave Liverpool a custom purple paint job.
This stands in stark contrast to the 1990s, when goalkeeper shirts were not only more eye-catching but also bespoke for teams like Newcastle.
However, there is a ray of hope for fans of goalie kits. Smaller brands like Castore, Errea, Hummel and Jako have designed bespoke keeper kits for the 22-23 season.

For the 2022 World Cup, Adidas will again use a streamlined template for all teams. Nike, meanwhile, have designed a bespoke keeper shirt for Brazil. It remains to be seen if other nations will get bespoke keeper shirts as well.

LNZ Cherkasy 26-27 Third Kit Released
Ukrainian Premier League side LNZ Cherkasy and Italian brand Macron have unveiled the club's new third kit for the 26-27 season. The shirt features an entirely bespoke concept deeply rooted in Ukrainian literary heritage and the local culture of Cherkasy.

Across the jersey, subtle graphics depict iconic local landmarks of Cherkasy alongside waves of the Dnipro River, flying seagulls, and a starry night backdrop. It also incorporates prominent tributes to Ukraine's most revered poets, displaying lines from Taras Shevchenko alongside a depiction of a Kobzar playing the traditional bandura, as well as poetic verses from Vasyl Symonenko.
