Gamba Osaka 2023 Home Kit
This is the new Hummel Gamba Osaka home jersey for 2023.
Showcasing the crest in a central position, the Hummel Gamba Osaka 2023 home shirt features the club's traditional blue and black stripes, 4 blue and 3 black on the front and back. The blue stripes each contain six thin black lines, which fade into blue near the main sponsor.
The blue stripes themselves have a gradient towards black near the bottom of the kit. Most sponsor logos appear in white, while Hummel's chevrons, as well piping on the collar and sleeves cuffs comes in blue.
Black shorts and socks complete the new Hummel Gamba 2023 home strip.
Umbro previously outfitted Gamba for nearly 20 years, starting back in 2003, releasing home kits with two-year lifecycles until 2012.
Gamba Osaka 2023 Away Kit
This is the new Hummel Gamba Osaka away shirt for 2023.
Predominantly white, the Hummel Gamba Osaka 2023 away shirt is based on the same template as the home kit. Instead of the stripes, a different, more jagged-looking graphic is applied in light grey to the front and back.
Unfortunately the various sponsors appear in different colors, while Hummel's branding and other details are held in black.
White shorts and socks round off the new Hummel Gamba 2023 away uniform.

Brazil Did Not Leave Enough Space for FIFA 2026 World Cup 'Debut' Patch
The 2026 FIFA World Cup has introduced a highly detailed new system of sleeve badges, including a special "DEBUT" patch for players making their very first appearance in the tournament. However, on-pitch visuals of Brazil have revealed a glaring spatial issue: the Brazilian kit men did not leave enough space for it.
As seen on players like Danilo during their opening fixtures, the "DEBUT" patch has to be crammed awkwardly against the bottom stitching - the World Cup badge has been placed too low.
Brazil's kit managers apparently ignored the official application guidelines provided by badge manufacturer Avery Dennison. According to the leaked application manual, kits must have 55mm free under the regular badge for the debut patch - 20mm for the debut badge, plus spacing of 15mm (top) and 20 mm (bottom).
