This is the MSV Duisburg 23-24 home shirt, made by Capelli.

The Capelli Duisburg 2023-24 home shirt features the club's traditional blue and white hoops, but with a twist. Each blue hoop looks like a paint brush stroke, white a blue also used on the shoulder tops, extending until the sleeve ends.
