Design: The Adidas Messi 2026 Tunit soccer cleats bring back the 2006 World Cup Tunit design with a white leather upper, gray curved lines, and light blue accents, updated with modern F50 sole plate technology.
Tributes: The boots include tributes to Messi and Argentina’s World Cup titles, featuring the number 10, the phrase “Gloria Eterna,” three stars on the heel, and key dates and locations of Argentina's World Cup victories on the inner edge of the lace holes.

Update: Lionel Messi has begun pre-season training in Miami wearing the exclusive reissue of his iconic 2006 adidas F50 TUNiT soccer cleats. It will be very interesting to see if he keeps them for further training sessions and official matches, as they are very different from his beloved regular burrito tongue F50.

The Adidas Messi 2026 Tunit soccer cleats bring back Adidas' Messi 2006 World Cup Tunit soccer cleats, updated with modern F50 technology for the sole plate.

As the original, the Adidas Messi 2026 Tunit World Cup remake boots feature a white leather upper with distinctive gray curved lines/ridges that flow across the lateral side, creating a dynamic wave pattern.

Light blue accents appear on the heel counter and along parts of the upper, adding a subtle pop of color to the predominantly white design.

During the original TUNiT era, Messi notably wore customised F30i boots, favouring a fixed soleplate.

Adidas has included several elements to pay tribute to Messi and Argentina’s three World Cup titles:

The number 10 is added near the heel, along with the phrase “Gloria Eterna” (Eternal Glory).
The heel features three stars, representing Argentina’s three World Cup championships.
The inner edge of the lace holes includes key dates and locations: "25.06.78 Argentina - 29.06.86 Mexico - 18.12.22 Qatar" - honoring the times and places where Argentina won their World Cup finals.
