Ards FC 26-27 Special Kit Released - Ash Band Collab
Northern Irish club Ards FC and Hummel have teamed up with legendary local rock band Ash and Teamwear Ireland to release a special limited-edition kit for the 26-27 season. The release celebrates the 30th anniversary of Ash's iconic debut studio album, 1977, originally released in May 1996.
The Hummel Ards FC 26-27 special jersey is predominantly black, decorated with vertical green stripes accented by fine white pinstripes running down the front. Green detailing finishes off the crew collar, shoulder panels, and sleeve cuffs, while Hummel's trademark chevrons are applied in white along the shoulders. Ash's iconic oval logo and the album title '1977' take center stage as the front sponsor.
The Ards FC 26-27 special kit is available now via the club's official online store and at Ards FC home matches, retailing at £60.
Glenavon FC 26-27 Third Kit Released
Northern Irish club Glenavon FC and Adidas have officially revealed the club's new 26-27 third kit, named the 'Master McGrath Heritage Kit'. The bespoke design pays tribute to one of Lurgan's most celebrated sporting legends, Master McGrath, a famous 19th-century greyhound whose crest silhouette has long been associated with the town and football club.
The Glenavon 26-27 third jersey is based on the Adidas Saqudra 25 template, with a custom colorway. It features a dark navy base paired with gold detailing on the collar, sleeve cuffs, and Adidas shoulder stripes. In a unique touch, the traditional club badge is replaced on the left chest by a dedicated gold silhouette of Master McGrath.
Gold branding for both Adidas and shirt sponsor Avondale Foods completes the clean look, paired with matching navy and gold shorts and socks. This special release completes the team's alternative set alongside the previously unveiled 26-27 away kit, which features a classic white jersey with a royal blue polo collar and blue trim.
