The highly anticipated collaboration between Nike, French fashion house Jacquemus, and the French National Team has officially hit the pitch. Ahead of the 2026 World Cup, Les Bleus players were spotted wearing the new Jacquemus x Nike France Anthem Jacket as they lined up for the national anthems.
France Jacquemus 2026 Anthem Jacket
The France Jacquemus 2026 Anthem jacket itself is a masterclass in minimalist elegance. It features a pristine white base complete with a hood and full-zip front. Opting for a deeply refined and subtle aesthetic, all of the chest branding - including the Nike Swoosh, the iconic FFF cockerel crest, and the "JACQUEMUS" wordmark directly beneath it - is executed in tonal white.
However, the standout feature of the jacket has sparked a rather ironic conversation among kit nerds. Running down the length of both sleeves is a thin, tricolor taping in the traditional French blue, white, and red. Because of these three distinct lines, the detailing bears a strikingly accidental resemblance to the trademark Three Stripes of Nike’s biggest rival, Adidas - especially from the front. When being France's kit maker, Adidas created the tricolor 3 stripes differently - with a spacing in between.
Despite the slight visual irony of the "Three Stripes" on a premium Nike product, the jacket serves as a beautiful centerpiece for the brand's expansive "X2" crossover collection. The Jacquemus x Nike France Anthem Jacket will officially release on June 11 via the Jacquemus website, followed by a wider global drop on Nike SNKRS and select retailers on June 16. The jacket will retail for $115 USD / $150 CAD.
