New Nike Elastico Superfly Football Boot unveiled - After Nike launched the most innovative football boot with the Mercurial Superfly IV ahead of the 2014 World Cup, the US-giant transforms the boot innovation to the streets with a spectacular indoor version of the Nike Mercurial Superfly Boot. The Nike Elastico Superfly boot is part of the Nike FC247 Collection, made for short-sided football matches.

Nike Elastico Superfly Indoor Boot Hyper Punch / Black / Volt
This is the unique Nike Mercurial Elastico Indoor Boot.
As the name implies, the Nike Elastico Superfly 2014 Indoor Boot is a combination of the most popular small-sided boot, the Nike Elastico and the most popular firm ground football boot, the Nike Mercurial silo. The upper is made from the FlyKnit material, which is also used for the Nike Mercurial Superfly and the Nike Magista Boot.
The innovation this year from Nike Football has been unprecedented. But our players want innovation for every kind of football they play so we took the design insights developed with Cristiano Ronaldo for the Mercurial Superfly and brought them into the small-sided game with the Elastico Superfly, said Denis Dekovic, Design Director, Nike Football.
The FlyKnit upper offers a sock-like fit, which is of particular importance playing on small-sided fields with less space. The Nike Elastico Superfly 2014 Boot will be released in the familiar Hyper Punch Boot Colorway, while we will likely see more colorways in the upcoming weeks.

Made to feel like a part of your leg, the dynamic fit collar will allow players to make fast movements with the needed stability, a key aspect of small-sided football games. The FlyKnit upper is coated with the NikeSkin technology, made for a perfect ball control in all weather conditions. The Nike All Conditions Control technology was introduced in late 2012.
The upper is almost identical to the Mercurial Superfly we developed with Cristiano, but with some key details that small-sided players have highlighted to us and we see from playing as well as watching the game, said Dougherty, Nike Football Product Manager.
The major difference between the Nike Mercurial Superfly Boot and the spectacular Nike Elastico Boot versions is the outsole. The Nike Elastico Superfly 2014 Boot features the same outsole as previous Nike Elastico Boots, while the normal Superfly IV Carbon fiber outsole is made for firm ground surfaces.

It is expected that the Nike Mercurial Superfly 2014 Elastico Boot will retail at approximately €155, making them much more expensive than previous indoor boots. In exchange, you receive the most innovative indoor boot yet. Update: The Nike Elastico Superfly Boot will be available soon from Nike.com and delivered from June 10, 2014.
SV Zulte Waregem 26-27 Third Kit Released - 25th Anniversary Design
Belgian side SV Zulte Waregem and kit supplier Patrick have officially released their new third kit for the 26-27 season. Celebrating the club's silver jubilee marking 25 years since their formation in 2001, Essevee swap out their traditional red, green, and white colours for an understated black and silver look dubbed "Memories worth a touch of silver."
The Patrick SV Zulte Waregem 26-27 third jersey features a black base detailed with thin vertical silver pinstripes down the front. A closer inspection reveals that the pinstripes incorporate handwritten script documenting key milestones and dates throughout the club's history, highlighting achievements such as their inaugural 2001-02 title and their memorable 2012-13 campaign as league runners-up.
Completing the anniversary aesthetic, the jersey is finished with a silver V-neck collar and matching sleeve cuffs. All branding—including the monochrome SV Zulte Waregem club crest, Patrick maker's marks, and primary sponsors iDocta and Elindus—appears in silver and white to match the unified commemorative design.

For the 26-27 centenary season, EA7 designed two distinct pairs of white shorts: the home shorts carry the club's special centenary crest, while the away version features an alternate Mount Vesuvius-themed logo. Because the red jersey used the standard circular Napoli crest, pairing it with either of the 26-27 white shorts would have caused a clash of emblems on the same uniform.
Rather than producing a third set of white change shorts solely to carry the standard badge, Napoli simply reused their plain white match shorts from 25-26.
