1860 München Sign Macron Kit Deal
German 2. Bundesliga club have signed a new five-year kit deal with Italian Sport supplier Macron, according to German magazine SPONSORs. The new 1860 Munich Macron Kit Deal will begin from the 2015-16 season, replacing current shirt manufacturer Uhlsport. German brand Uhlsport has been the 1860 München Kit Supplier since 2011, known for their classy 1860 Munich Oktoberfest Kits.
First Macron Football Kit Deal in Germany
With 1860 Munich, the Italian sport supplier Macron enters the German market. While no financial details were announced yet, the Macron 1860 Munich five-year Jersey Deal allows Macron to produce the 1860 München Kits until 2020.
Macron is the official kit supplier for SSC Napoli, Sporting Lisbon, SS Lazio, Leeds United, while it's also reported that German 2. Bundesliga team Union Berlin will wear Macron Kits from the 2015-16 season.
It is reported that 1860 Munich also also negotiated with Nike, while the negotiations failed amongst other things because the US-giant would have not made a special Oktoberfest Kit. 1860 München currently sit 15th in Germany's second division, the 2. Bundesliga.
