Nike Discontinues FC247 Boots Collection - Nike Bomba, Lunargato and Elastico
It's official. Nike stops making the small-sided FC247 Football Boots Collection featuring the widely popular Nike Bomba TF Boots, Nike Lunargato Street Boots and the Nike Elastico Indoor Court Boots. We already reported that Nike will end the FC247 Collection in December 2014.
From April 2015, Nike continues with the totally new Nike FootballX Soccer Shoes Collection, which includes small-sided versions of the revolutionary Nike Magista and Nike Mercurial Soccer Cleats.
Nike ends Nike Bomba, Lunargato and Elastico
With the launch of the new Nike FootballX Football Boots Collection, Nike offers players a small-sided boot matching their playing styles on any surfaces including street, turf and indoor courts.
Therefore, the new Nike Magista X Proximo Boots and the Nike Mercurial X Proximo Boots are available as indoor court (IC) and turf (TF) versions. Previously, each boot of the Nike FC247 collection was designed either for indoor courts (Elastico), streets (Lunargato) and turf (Bomba).
In July 2015, Nike will also reveal a Indoor and Turf version of the next-generation Nike Hypervenom II Soccer Cleat featuring a Dynamic Fit collar and a Flyknit upper.
Say goodbye to the Nike Elastico, Nike Lunargato and Nike Bomba Boots. What was your favorite boot of the Nike FC247 Collection? Drop us a line below.
