Chelsea today clinched their first Premier League title in five years and their 5th in total, beating Crystal Palace 1-0 at Stamford Bridge. The two official Chelsea 2015 Premier League Champions Shirts are already available via the official club store.
Chelsea 2014-15 Premier League Winners Shirts
This is the official Chelsea 2014-2015 Premier League Champions Jersey.
The new Chelsea 14-15 Premier League Title Shirt is blue and features the writing Champions 2015 - Chelsea Football Club, while the Chelsea crest is used in place of the zero in 2015.
Chelsea additionally unveiled an Adidas Chelsea 2014-15 Champions Shirt, made by official kit supplier Adidas. The Adidas Chelsea 2014-15 Premier League Winners Jersey is white with a blue Adidas Performance logo and a monochromatic blue Chelsea badge.

The writing 2015 Champions is placed on the front of the new Adidas Chelsea 14-15 Premier League Winners Jersey, featuring a subtle club-inspired graphic pattern inside the letters, similar to the Bayern 2015 Bundesliga Winners Shirt.
