Brandless Oxford United 15-16 Kits Released
The new Oxford United 2015-2016 Kits are made in-house after the club decided to produce its own range of kits and training wear for the 2015-16 League Two season. The Oxford United 15-16 Home Kit pays tribute to the 30-years anniversary of the 1986 Football League Cup Final, while the Oxford 15-16 Away Kit draws inspiration from the promotion-winning campaign 20 years ago.
While Oxford United's 15-16 Kits feature no manufacturer logo, new main sponsor Liontrust is on the front of the new Oxford United Kit, with Polythene UK on the back of the shirts.

Inspired by the shirt worn in the Milk Cup Final win at Wembley in 1986, the new Oxford United 15-16 Kit features subtle horizontal stripes using two shades of yellow. It has navy details on the shoulders area and sleeve cuffs.
Kevin Smith, Director of Business Operations said: "Since we took the decision to control our retail and kit operation designing a classic and iconic kit to mark the 30 year anniversary of the Milk Cup has been a major priority. Around Christmas last year we asked fans to tell us about their favorite historic kits and the ’86 shirt was the stand-out winner."
The new Oxford United 2015-16 Kit mirrors the design of the shirt worn 30 years ago with the retro v-neck design and the iconic Ox Head logo. Produced in-house, the new Oxford United 15-16 Home Kit features no manufacturer brandings after last season's kit was made by Avec Sport.
"We have been working with our suppliers and manufacturers to create a kit that is modern and stylish whilst honoring the fantastic achievement of the team of 1986. We’ve used high quality fabrics, vibrant colors and a classic retro design. The players saw the kit for the first time this week and absolutely loved it and we hope that our fans will feel the same way."
Navy shorts and socks complete the traditional design of the new Oxford United 2015-2016 Shirt.

The new Oxford United 2015-16 Away Jersey is red and black stripes, reflecting the club's iconic 1995-96 shirt, when Oxford United won promotion to the third division.
Otherwise, the Oxford 15-16 Away Kit comes with an overlapping, black and white v-collar, similar to that of the new Oxford Home Kit, and is combined with black shorts and socks, the latter with the iconic Ox Head planted across the front.
