Christoph Kramer's Odd Boot Combo
This is anything but ordinary. German international and Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Christoph Kramer laced up in a one-of-a-kind boot combination in the Bundesliga match against Hamburger SV last weekend. Let's take a closer look at the two entirely different boots worn by Kramer.
Christoph Kramer had been wearing the Adidas X Leather Boots since the start of the pre-season before he switched to the leather version of the Adidas Ace Soccer Cleats ahead of the Champions League clash against Barcelona in late September. And while he had worn the Adidas Ace leather boots for just two weeks, he entered Hamburg's Volksparkstadion last week wearing an odd boot combo.

Christoph Kramer used the Solar Red Adidas Ace 15.1 Leather Boots for his right foot, while he used the leather version of the Solar Yellow Adidas X 15.1 for his left boot. It's a boot combo that stands out on every pitch.
And even though both boots worn by Christoph Kramer feature an entirely different design, they're actually pretty similar. Each boot comes with a super soft Kangaroo leather in the forefoot area with traditional stitching for ball control in any weather conditions, and a traditional low-cut ankle design. However, it can't be perfect to wear two different boots with a different construction. So something had to happen.
It was no surprise that Christoph Kramer laced up in a regular boot combo in the following match against Italian side AS Roma. But as you might expected that he would rather lace up in one of his previous boots, the midfielder switched to the knitted Adidas Ace 15+ Primeknit Cleats in the remarkable Champions League clash that ended in a spectacular 4-4 tie.
Have you ever worn two completely different boots in a match? Let us know in the comments below, and watch out for Kramer's Boots in the following matches. It's gonna be interesting.
